1. Returns
We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Products must not have been customized or personalized (e.g., branded items with company logos, names, etc.) unless there was an error on our part.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to process any return.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at info@cutelooks.lk or +94 75 939 7424 within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note the following:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If you paid using a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process to get a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for faster resolution.
5. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized items (such as branded merchandise).
- Products marked as final sale or clearance.
